WellPerformance provides trainings for teams, coaches, or organizations that are designed to have a motivational and educational impact on each participant’s performance. However, the goal isn’t to just motivate in the moment, but instead to provide practical tools for the real world.
These trainings don’t just sound good in a classroom but instead are filled with recommendations that can be used immediately in the participant’s performance setting. Every participant will walk away with realizations about the self-imposed limits they’ve placed upon their own achievement, and also ways to lead others toward their ultimate performance levels. Often our participants never even realized the negative habits or beliefs they had been using, or that they had the power to change their approach.
Our most frequently requested trainings include stress-management, overcoming fear of failure, confidence and focus, creating a motivational mind-set, leadership training, creating “next-level” thinking, and trainings on developing team unity. We also provide trainings to youth sports programs designed for coaches and parents on how to develop mentally resilient athletes.
“We had the privilege to have Stuart Singer present at our sports medicine conference. Stu spoke to our audience of physicians and certified athletic trainers on the topic of “The Psychology Behind Injury Rehabilitation: Understanding the Mind-Body influence”. His discussion and advice to all in attendance was superb. He provided many takeaways that the clinicians could implement into their treatment of their athletes. His reference to the connection of the body and mind in optimizing the treatment outcomes was very detailed and convincing. His method of presentation and communication with the audience maintained interest and stimulated discussion afterward. Stu is extremely knowledgeable and professional in the field of Sports Psychology. We were very fortunate to be able to have him participate in our program and we will look forward to any opportunity to work with him in the future.”
